Under certain conditions, process water may have chemical-physical characteristics promoting the growth of algae, bacteria or moulds.
This biomass may compromise process efficiency with a consequent increase in operating costs or, in the most serious cases, the salubriousness of the water to be used.
If it is not possible to intervene at the engineering level to eliminate the factors promoting the growth of this biomass (exposure to light, decrease in temperature, decrease in the organic load contained in water, etc.), it will be necessary to use special products called "biocides".
Water Team produces its biocidal chemical products (featuring the name prefix "WTD") using the most modern biocidal active ingredients available on the market (in compliance with the Italian and EU regulations in force), integrating them with sanitizing biodispersants to get a synergic effect and obtain the best result with the smallest use of product.
